Getting to know your customers – tools, tips and tricks
In Webinar 7, Roger Tomlinson will teach you about customer relationship management systems – often called CRM. This final AmbITion Scotland webinar will show you how you can gather better data about your customers and put it to use!
CRM is key to:
- Bringing new people in
- Keeping your current customers happy
- Bringing back the participants who’ve fallen out of touch with you
Plus CRM can
- Cut your marketing costs
- Help you target the right message to the right people
- Support your client service routine
On top of that CRM can increase your engagement, participation and profitability while cutting down on your operational costs.
You don’t have to sell tickets to learn more about your customers. Come along and learn more about making the most out of the databases you already have. Get the information you need to really get to know your customers.
