AmbITion Roadshows are all day events, and will take place in March 2009 - July 2009.
The aim is to:
- excite arts organisations about the potential of digital development and underpin Arts Council England (ACE)’s Digital Opportunities programme;
- show good practice in approach and end results;
- share the benefits and risks of undertaking digital development work, through providing dynamic hands-on workshops (social networks, digital video production) and masterclasses (IP, mass-participation)
- inform everyone about the resources and support available for digital development.
As well as the experience of the roadshows, AmbITion is setting up an online social network local to each region, to ensure that the resources are easily accessible and that networking opportunities continue after each event!
They are free to attend by invitation to Regularly Funded Organisations (RFOs) from each ACE region. Where there are spare places, others from the arts sector are invited to attend. Please contact your local Arts Council officer if you are interested in attending.
