Salary range of £30,000 – £40,000 (depending on experience)

The AMA (Arts Marketing Association) is a dynamic membership organisation at the heart of the arts and cultural sector offering a range of professional development opportunities for those seeking to bring art and audiences together. We have over 1,700 members from across all art forms (theatres, galleries, museums, touring companies etc.).

These are incredibly exciting times for the AMA. We have a new business plan, ambitious strategies for growth, and three-year project funding via Arts Council England’s Audience Focus fund.

We are seeking to appoint a senior management team including a Head of Marketing to help us develop and deliver our bold and innovative new plans.

You will provide marketing leadership for the organisation, raising the profile of the company nationally and internationally, broadening and reaching new markets, and maximising engagement with our new programmes.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong track record of marketing success. You will be enthusiastic about the opportunities for the growth of the AMA, keen to help the sector to improve its ability to bring art and audiences together, and ready to work as part of the senior management team on future direction for the organisation.

This is a full-time post based in Cambridge. Fixed initially for three years with the possibility of extension.

For a copy of the information pack, including a full job description and application form, please go to the AMA website http://www.a-m-a.co.uk

Please do not send a CV. No agencies please.

Deadline for applications: 5pm, Monday 16th April

Supported by ARTS COUNCIL ENGLAND via the Audience Focus strategic fund
