Rudman Consulting Ltd is a change management practice that works specifically on:
- designing, developing and delivering national and regional digital development programmes for the creative, cultural and tourism sectors – see the AmbITion programme, for example (designed and delivered in Scotlnad with Culture Sparks;
- inspiring and assisting organisations to design, develop, and implement digital strategies that are integrated across all areas of business (offer, products, operations, customers) to create long-term, transformational business model sustainability and adaptability, via consultancy with individual organisations; and

Hannah Rudman has experience of facilitating over 100 culture and heritage organisations to plan and implement changes: organisations of all art and content forms, of all scales, and in both remote and urban locations. Many of the Scottish organisations Hannah has worked with are featured as AmbITion:TV case studies of organisations that have successfully implemented digital developments.
Hannah wrote the AmbITion Approach, which is based on the learnings of her experiences of digitally developing the cultural sector. She has expertise in livestreaming and recording live performance (co-producing with National Theatre Scotland the award-winning live online crowdsourced theatre extravaganza Five Minute Theatre); in digital rights and IP, and in digital technologies for environmental sustainability – see the Envirodigital projects Rudman Consulting has developed.
