  1. Poetry Trust Launches Poetry Channel

    From: http://www.thepoetrytrust.org/poetry-channel/

The Poetry Channel is the place to come for the perfect poetry podcast – broadcast quality programmes created from the very best of the Aldeburgh Poetry Festival’s rich audio archive and newly recorded, specially commissioned interviews.

Over Five Days in May, we’ll be making new poetry podcasts available every Friday across the month.

You’ll be introduced to The Poem Show – each episode featuring hand-picked highlights from memorable Aldeburgh performances.

You’ll have access to behind the scenes interviews with poets, recorded at last year’s Aldeburgh Poetry Festival.

Plus a short documentary following the poets at the Jerwood Aldeburgh Seminar in March.

The finest poets, poems and poetry, for anyone anywhere online.

  2. Ludus Dance: Full Case Study Presentation, March 2009

James Wooldridge gave a presentation of Ludus Dance’s before and during AmbITion, at the AmbITion roadshow in Newcastle in March 2009.

  3. Ludus Dance: Case Study Presentation, April 2009

James Wooldridge from Ludus Dance gave a short presentation about their digital development over the last 2 years, in front of all the AmbITion arts organisations at the Museum of Science and Industry in Manchester on April 2nd 2009.

  4. Video: Developing Digitally

Since early 2007, 15 arts organisations in the North West and the East of England have been part of AmbITion – an arts council funded project that sees them “developing digitally.” The project covers many different organisations, and a wide range of artforms.

As our organisations begin to implement a range of changes, to improve their digital capacity, we wanted to see where they – and their artform – were at.

Lantern House, Litfest and Ludus Dance are all North West based organisations that are using digital technology in different ways to engage with their audience, and support their artistic vision.

This video sees these three organisations in summer 2008, about halfway through their change process.

Full case studies of their progress since then will shortly be available on the resources page.
